Working on a couple round robin pieces, so no update on the Forest Goddess until after those get sent out. In the meantime, I have up for raffle a piece of aida that I dyed. To enter the raffle, either send me a quick e-mail at steffie.c@verizon.net, or just leave a comment here. One ‘entry’ per person, no limitations on where you live. Drawing will be on Saturday (March 3rd) at 12:00 pm EST.
This is 18 count aida, appx 14.5″ x 17.5″

I sort of used a tye-dye technique, only I held it by the corner and folded the fabric before I dyed. I loved the effect, so now I need to work it on some evenweave/linen for my own use.

I have been so very envious of everyone working on dyed fabrics. Going to have to find some place that sells more then 14 count aida and learn how to dye myself. For the first time, I am stitching on a RR piece of fabric that was dyed pink. Hoping to win this one for myself.

i have never yet stitch on an 18 count aida which is hand dyed… i would be very thankful if i win this fabric… godbless…
